slow check-incold dishes
The check-in process was not smooth. It took a while, and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. i requested a room with a specific view, but that request was not met, disappointing. the food selection was also a letdown, especially at dinner. many dishes seemed to lack flavour, and some were served cold, unfortunate.

The location was perfect, with amazing ocean views! the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had a balcony with fine views. the pools were fantastic too, with two large pools and a separate kids' pool with a slide, though the beach wasn't very clean.
the all-inclusive package details were unclear, leading to confusion and limiting our use of the hotel's services. the information sheet wasn't helpful! and the staff often referred us back to it. the internet was okay, it wasn't particularly fast though.

the hotel features two large pools perfect for swimming, alongside a separate kids' pool that includes a slide for children's enjoyment. sunbeds surround the pool area, offering many spaces to relax. there is also direct access to the beach.

my beautiful double room included two double beds, it was spacious and clean, with a partial sea view from the balcony. the room was well kept and offered ample space for relaxation. it included a smart tv with netflix, too.

i found the location quite convenient. the pools were a great addition, especially the kids' pool with its own slide. i really enjoyed the variety of food options included in the package (especially the fresh juices).
the reception service seemed understaffed, it was a bit slow. i found the alcoholic drinks to be a little limited in variety. some areas looked a bit dated and could use some refurbishment (like the bathrooms).
